You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, pay by bank app, or Klarna if you would like to spread the cost in instalments. All of the options appear at checkout before you pay.
Klarna. Select Klarna at checkout and follow the steps; eligibility, schedules and any fees are set by Klarna, so their help pages are the best place for questions about how it works.
Security. Checkout is handled by Shopify's secure payment system. We never see or store your full card details.
Payment problems. If a card is declined, try again, check the billing address matches the card, or try a different card. If you have been charged twice, a duplicate on your bank statement is often a temporary authorisation that drops off within a few days; if it does not, send us your order number and the dates and amounts and we will sort it.
