Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days from dispatch and is free on UK orders over £35. Please note the standard service is not a fully tracked service: we receive a confirmation when your parcel is delivered, but there are no scan-by-scan updates along the way, so a quiet tracking page does not mean anything is wrong.
Royal Mail 24 is £3.75. Over 95% of parcels arrive the next working day, but it is not a guaranteed service.
DPD Next Day is £4.45, fully tracked, for delivery the next working day.
Royal Mail Special Delivery is £7.45, guaranteed and fully tracked.
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch at weekends, so an order placed on Friday afternoon goes out on Monday.
We deliver with Royal Mail and DPD. InPost lockers and deliver-to-store options are coming soon but are not yet live, so orders currently need a standard delivery address.
