If this is your first pack, please do not be disheartened. It clicks for most people on the second or third try, and three things make the biggest difference.
Squeaky clean, oil-free prep. Your natural lashes and the skin around them need to be completely free from oil, mascara, eye cream and SPF. Even a trace of oil stops the adhesive gripping.
Placement. Look down into a flat mirror on a table, gently lift your lid, and tuck each cluster underneath your natural lashes so it bonds at the base of the lash line, about 2mm from the waterline.
The clamp. Several light, quick presses with the applicator, gripping halfway up the lash rather than on the adhesive, are what lock the bond. If a cluster sticks to the clamp instead, you are gripping too close to the glue.
Hot rooms keep the adhesive tackier for longer, so apply somewhere cool if you can. You have 1 to 2 minutes to reposition while the adhesive is tacky. The how-to page has videos for every step.
