Cluster Lash Remover

Felt like my eyeball was on fire. God knows what chemicals are in this but my eye is so red and irritated and I honestly would never ever put this or the lashes near my eyes again. Horrible.

This product gave me unbearable pain, leaving me feeling like I'd poured acetone directly into my eye (with a thousand microscopic cuts).

I couldn't agree with the other 1 star reviews more, and quite frankly I'm really disappointed to see so many of them. I really thought I might have had a dodgy batch but it seems that probably wasn't the case.

As an avid contact lenses wearer, my eyes are used to being touched by things but I've never experienced anything like the burning this product caused.

The burning began as soon as it touched my lashes. I did an eye bath several times but that didn't help. I tried using a cold compress, nothing. I tried a hot flannel, nothing. At one point it felt like even the air was making it worse, so I tried a contact lens which actually helped as some sort of barrier for a bit, until I had to take it out 20 minutes later when the pain came back. The pain lasted for over an hour, and my vision was blurry for several hours afterwards. The worst part of this whole ordeal is that I was abroad at the time, so it would have been very difficult to go to the hospital and attempt to get any medical attention.

For how incredibly designed and considered Lola's pre-glued lashes are, it's really disappointing that the same company would release a product that is so damaging. The worst part is that I definitely would have been able to pull the lashes off without the remover - quite a steep lesson to be learned!

I didn’t need to use it as clusters slid off easily or fell off so I don’t know how good it is?

Removes the lashes with ease , once you’ve applied the liquid and wait they just slide off so they your natural eyelashes are not pulled .

Exactly as the previous reviewer has said, this has caused significant irritation to my eyes. Red, burning and sore still 24 hours later. I am also unable to see properly because of my eyes constantly trying to clean themselves. I've never experienced any irritation with the pre glued lashes themselves but avoid this remover at all costs.

So effective at removing but wow the pain. I don't have sensitive eyes or skin as a general rule either.

Despite patch testing the product, my eyes were incredible sore and felt like they were burning after using it. I’m struggling to keep my eyes open for more than a few seconds and when I blink it feels like sandpaper. I’ve used remover products from similar companies with no issues. I will buy the remover elsewhere from now on.

I was really disappointed with this lash cluster remover. It caused significant irritation to my eyes, leaving them very itchy and red. The irritation lasted for at least a full day after use, which was extremely uncomfortable. I followed the instructions, but the reaction was still quite severe. I would not recommend this product, especially for anyone with sensitive eyes.

I can't believe how well this lash remover worked! The lashes just slid off after application leaving my natural lashes undamaged. An excellent product!

Phenomenal

So pleased I purchased the lash remover alongside the lashes and tools. My lashes lasted 7 days and when it was time to remove them it was a simple 20 second job with the cluster remover.
Very little is needed a small swipe above the lashes wait 10 seconds then with a cotton pad wipe down and away, they come away leaving no residue behind. I then simply wiped over my eyelids again with a damp cotton pad to remove any excess remover.

Amazing! Just put on at the glue/lashes just like mascara leave for like 30 seconds and they just slide off no pulling out lashes nothing! Don't get it in your eye though it doesn’t feel the best but nothing a splash of water didn’t fix

I love the pre glued lashes. But I can no longer use them as the remover made my eyes so sore I was in agony for a day and a half. I patch tested before I used it and was fine but my eyeballs felt like they were on fire using the remover. I would love to go back to using the pre glued lashes if there was an alternative to the remover!

Amazing product. Does exactly as it says. Doesn’t sting or burn or irritate. Lashes just glide off after 60 seconds. And all my natural lashes were nice and healthy underneath!

I bought this for my second order to see if it was easier with this than using baby oil and micella water for lash removal. Really easy to apply and you don’t get product all over your eyes. It also didn’t irritate my eyes.

It does what it says on the tin and it skin friendly.

The style of the sealer makes it so much easier to apply.
