Our Pre-Glued Lashes are designed for effortless, salon-quality results that last 5 to 10 days with no messy glue or appointments needed. Simply start with clean, oil-free lashes and ensure your eye area is completely dry before application.
Using your lash applicator, gently lift a cluster from the tray (avoiding the pre-glued base) and place it just beneath your natural lashes, about 1mm from the waterline. Slightly overlap each cluster for a seamless finish, then use your applicator or clamp tool to gently press the clusters and your natural lashes together. This step locks everything in place for a secure, long-lasting hold. For best results, look down into a mirror while applying and re-clamp once or twice a day to keep your lashes looking fresh and flawless.
When you’re ready to remove your lashes, it’s quick and gentle with no tugging or damage to your natural lashes. Simply soak a cotton pad with an oil-based makeup remover, hold it over your lash line for 30-40 seconds to dissolve the bond, then softly wipe away. Your lashes will slide off with ease, leaving your natural ones clean and healthy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Powered by the Ela-Stick™ pre-bond formula, one application gives you up to 5-10 days of wear with no daily reapplying.
To get the most from each set:
• Give the bond time to fully set. Avoid water, steam and heavy moisture for the first 24-48 hours after application
• Apply to clean, completely product-free natural lashes. Oils and mascara residue are the most common reason a set lifts early
• Place each cluster about 2mm from the waterline, and avoid overlapping clusters
• After placing each cluster, press your natural lashes and the cluster together with the clamp to lock the bond
• Avoid rubbing your eyes or tugging at the lashes, and try not to sleep face-down
The bond is designed to hold through daily wear but release completely with oil. Soak a cotton pad in any oil-based makeup remover, hold it over the lashes for 30-40 seconds to dissolve the adhesive, then wipe gently. The lashes slide away without any pulling or tugging, and the adhesive dissolves fully so nothing is left behind on your natural lashes.
Your kit includes the Pre-Glued Lashes Remover, which makes this even simpler. Whichever you use, let the remover do the work. Never pull the lashes off dry.
Applying pre-glued lashes is a simple three-step process. The clusters are placed underneath your natural lashes, not on top, which is what creates the seamless, natural finish.
1. Start with squeaky clean, completely product-free natural lashes and eyelids. This is the single biggest factor in how well the lashes hold.
2. Look down into a flat mirror, lift your lid gently, and tuck the cluster underneath your natural lashes at the base, about 2mm from the waterline. Use the Stick side of the applicator to lift and place.
3. Press the cluster and your natural lashes together with the Clamp side, using light, quick presses. This locks the bond in place.
If your first cluster is not quite right, reposition it within the first minute or two and press again. Most people find it clicks on the second or third go, which is completely normal. The step-by-step video guide on the how-to page walks you through the whole application.
You are in good company. Many customers arrive here having decided they cannot do lashes, and the kit is built for exactly that. The clusters come pre-glued so there is no liquid glue to manage, the applicator does the fiddly work, and clusters can be repositioned while you learn.
Give yourself two or three goes across your first application. If it genuinely does not work out, the 14-day money-back guarantee means you are never out of pocket for trying.
The adhesive is designed to release rather than grip. When you remove your lashes with an oil-based remover, the bond dissolves completely, so the clusters slide away without anything being pulled and nothing is left behind on your natural lashes. This is different from salon extensions, which are glued directly to each individual lash.
The one rule that matters: always remove with oil, never by pulling the lashes off dry.
Yes. Once the bond has fully set, which takes 24-48 hours after application, the lashes are ready for showers, swimming and workouts. Just avoid soaking them for long periods in the first 24-48 hours while the adhesive cures, and pat them dry rather than rubbing.
Off on holiday? Apply your lashes a day or two before you travel so they are fully set by the time you hit the pool.
When placed correctly, you should not be aware of them at all. Because the clusters sit underneath your natural lashes rather than on the lid, there is no band pressing against your skin.
If you can feel a cluster, it is usually sitting too close to the waterline. Simply remove it, reposition slightly further from the lash line and press again with the clamp. Clusters can be repositioned in the first minute or two after placing, so nothing is wasted.
Each set is designed for one application, but that one application gives you up to 5-10 days of continuous wear, so you get over a week from a single set with nothing to reapply each day. Every pack contains five fresh sets, taking one pack well beyond a month of wear.
If reusable lashes are what you are after, the DIY Cluster Lashes with Bond & Seal, or the magnetic range, are designed for exactly that.
The different lengths are provided to allow you to customise your lash look. When applying cluster lashes, you can pick and choose what lengths you want to arrange on your eye, creating different effects. For example, if you're looking for a cat-eye, we'd typically recommend a map of (inner corner 10mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 14mm outer corner).
