How does it work?
How does the Bond & Seal work?
What is the bond/seal system, and how is it different from regular glue? Traditional lash glue is what we refer to as 1-day glue. The Sunday Salon Bond is a 7-day glue. The bond is very strong, which enables the clusters to stay for up to 7 days.
So what’s the sealant? The Sunday Salon Sealant provides an additional layer of protection ensuring that the bond lasts longer, helping the adhesive set. It also reduces the tackiness of any excess residue which prevents issues like lashes clumping together and dust particles sticking to your eyes, providing the perfect finished look.
Applied correctly, your clusters can last up to 7 days without any issues.
How do Cluster lashes work?
Cluster lashes offer a versatile approach to enhancing your lashes. Unlike traditional strip lashes, which come pre-arranged on a single band, cluster lashes consist of small groups of lashes that can be applied individually. This allows for greater customisation in your lash look, as you can strategically place each cluster to achieve your desired style, whether that’s a natural enhancement or a more dramatic effect. The ability to "map" your lashes according to your preference gives you full control over the final outcome, making cluster lashes a flexible alternative to standard strip lashes.
Tips
- Apply your Bond sparingly, a little goes a long way
- To extend lash extension longevity, add a thin layer of bond to the lash cluster's band before application. Allow it to dry for 20-30 seconds before attaching the clusters to natural lashes.
- Before applying bond to natural lashes, detach the lash clusters from the tray for smoother application.
- When applying the Seal, use the fuzzy ball tip at the lash base where the Bond is stickiest. Apply the Seal from the root to the tip using the brush applicator.

Classic, Russian or Hybrid?
The primary distinction between Classic, Russian, and Hybrid lashes lies in their density. Each style offers a varying level of fullness, catering to individual preferences for lash volume.
Classic
Classics are applied in a 1:1 ratio, meaning one extension per natural lash. Classics are perfect for enhancing length while keeping volume to a natural level.
Russian
Russian (Volume) extensions too are applied in a 1:1 ratio - the difference, however, is that the lashes are fanned. The number of lashes in the fan can vary from 2 (2D) all the way up to 7 (7D)! Russians are perfect for making a statement with your eyes.
Hybrid
Hybrids are a combination of Classics and Volume - usually in a ratio of 30:70 Classic to Volume. This gives the best of both worlds without the sometimes-unnatural look of Russians. Because of the change of texture, these lashes can appear spikey.

Bond
Brush on a thin coat of Bond under your natural lashes – a little goes a long way. Then wait 20-30 seconds for the Bond to become tacky on your lashes.
Apply Lashes
Using the lash applicator, gently apply each cluster underneath the base of your natural lashes, 1mm away from the waterline.
Use the lash applicator to clamp down on your natural lashes and the lash clusters. This will help the adhesive set.
Seal
To remove any residue and give your lashes an extra long lasting hold, apply a thin coat of the seal above and below the lashes.
I've never had lash extensions or done them myself before but I still managed to get a really natural look and it took me maybe half an hour! I hope they last but really happy with the effect. :)

These are so good, took a little getting used to when using the bonding agent but once applied they look super! Really pleased with them
I have tried other less expensive lash clusters but these sit better and last longer. The box is pretty and lack of plastic is a plus. I get over a week from one set. Love them!

Unfortunately having tried this pack 3 times I’ve given up! The glue is really difficult to take off and the clusters don’t stay as long

But the rest like glue and bonding and remover is just so awful in the sense it doesn’t help with the job and taking it off results in me rubbing my eyes an awful lot!

These lashes are great. Pre-glued lashes look really good and are easy to put on. Woud highly recommend.
I think these are fab and once you get the knack they’re super easy! However mine done last more than 1-2 days, they fall off when I sleep, but to be honest that’s not an issue for me. Definitely prefer these to glued strip lashes though, going to try the pre glued clusters next! The Lola’s strip lash glue is terrible though, pen idea is great but the glue isn’t

Ordered natural classics. So easy to apply and stayed on after shower. Just bought some longer ones, as would prefer more longer ones in the classic mixed set.
I’ve only tried these once so far and hopefully with practice will get better. I had an issue with the bond making my eyes sting and water as I got too close to my eyes. Also managed to get it on the tool used to put the lashes on which made things harder. I’m not used to putting lashes on all do am a complete beginner at this. Second eye was easier but definitely need more practice. Going to try the bonded ones as I think they may be easier for me. But, will also persevere with these until they arrive. Idea is good, my application of them needs work though.
Great lashes they look amazing and the starter pack is great value. The only thing I’d have preferred is if they had the option to select a clear glue rather than black. As a novice to lashes and with very stumpy lashes it’s quite hard to apply the black glue without it getting on your eye lids, and it’s not easy to just wipe off, it’s very sticky so can look quite messy. I’m sure I’ll get better at it with practice though!
