How does it work?
How does the Bond & Seal work?
What is the bond/seal system, and how is it different from regular glue? Traditional lash glue is what we refer to as 1-day glue. The Sunday Salon Bond is a 7-day glue. The bond is very strong, which enables the clusters to stay for up to 7 days.
So what’s the sealant? The Sunday Salon Sealant provides an additional layer of protection ensuring that the bond lasts longer, helping the adhesive set. It also reduces the tackiness of any excess residue which prevents issues like lashes clumping together and dust particles sticking to your eyes, providing the perfect finished look.
Applied correctly, your clusters can last up to 7 days without any issues.
How do Cluster lashes work?
Cluster lashes offer a versatile approach to enhancing your lashes. Unlike traditional strip lashes, which come pre-arranged on a single band, cluster lashes consist of small groups of lashes that can be applied individually. This allows for greater customisation in your lash look, as you can strategically place each cluster to achieve your desired style, whether that’s a natural enhancement or a more dramatic effect. The ability to "map" your lashes according to your preference gives you full control over the final outcome, making cluster lashes a flexible alternative to standard strip lashes.
Tips
- Apply your Bond sparingly, a little goes a long way
- To extend lash extension longevity, add a thin layer of bond to the lash cluster's band before application. Allow it to dry for 20-30 seconds before attaching the clusters to natural lashes.
- Before applying bond to natural lashes, detach the lash clusters from the tray for smoother application.
- When applying the Seal, use the fuzzy ball tip at the lash base where the Bond is stickiest. Apply the Seal from the root to the tip using the brush applicator.

Classic, Russian or Hybrid?
The primary distinction between Classic, Russian, and Hybrid lashes lies in their density. Each style offers a varying level of fullness, catering to individual preferences for lash volume.
Classic
Classics are applied in a 1:1 ratio, meaning one extension per natural lash. Classics are perfect for enhancing length while keeping volume to a natural level.
Russian
Russian (Volume) extensions too are applied in a 1:1 ratio - the difference, however, is that the lashes are fanned. The number of lashes in the fan can vary from 2 (2D) all the way up to 7 (7D)! Russians are perfect for making a statement with your eyes.
Hybrid
Hybrids are a combination of Classics and Volume - usually in a ratio of 30:70 Classic to Volume. This gives the best of both worlds without the sometimes-unnatural look of Russians. Because of the change of texture, these lashes can appear spikey.

Bond
Brush on a thin coat of Bond under your natural lashes – a little goes a long way. Then wait 20-30 seconds for the Bond to become tacky on your lashes.
Apply Lashes
Using the lash applicator, gently apply each cluster underneath the base of your natural lashes, 1mm away from the waterline.
Use the lash applicator to clamp down on your natural lashes and the lash clusters. This will help the adhesive set.
Seal
To remove any residue and give your lashes an extra long lasting hold, apply a thin coat of the seal above and below the lashes.
I had high hopes for these lashes. And i got them, put them on, and i was amazed 🤩. I really recommend these if you like volume 💕. Sadly shipping was bit longer than expected (to finland). But overall lashes are good!
Genuinely thrilled with these. Tried cheap brands of DIY lashes before and found them really hard to apply. Have been using Lola's lashes pre-glued lashes, and have found them easy to apply but a bit sticky, and somehow still quite false looking. Ordered these, and oh my. I have found a permanent solution. So easy to apply, and the fluffy russian lashes look glamourous but natural. Really happy!

I have used eyelashes for years. I have spent thousands on salon appointments for russian lashes , and for the past 6 months or so, I have been applying cluster lashes myself. Have used so many different brands, but I can honestly say these are the best. So easy to apply and look so natural. Not dramatic at all but enough to look like you have had gorgeous volume lashes.

Have brought these numerous times and I always get comments on how nice they look.. have tried other brands but always come back to Lola’s!
Used these for a while now but just had the fluffy russians this time around. Love the effect they give my eyes! Wear them everyday now and look bare without lola’s. Mine last for up to 2wks with a few reapplications between but most times I sleep on my front and they survive! Would recommend to anyone.
I have used many under-eye lash system and have gotten around 5-day wear or less. This is the first time my lashes have lasted a long time as I'm a face sleeper. I love that the bond applicator is slightly curved and that the lash clamping tool does not stick to the lashes (an issue I've had with previous brands). Overall I'm really impressed by the wear time and how flexible the bond is. Here are some tips for anyone that wants more wear time 5 days or more:
1. Don't apply the lashes close to your waterline - leave a gap
2. Try not to get lashes wet/soaked within the first 24 hours
3. Use a flannel when washing/rinsing your face daily, don't splash water directly on your face
4. Use an oil free Micellar water (I use sensibio) with a cotton bud to clean your lash line and eye lids daily (prevents sebum from breaking down the bond).
5. If you find the lashes lifting, wait for your lashes to fully dry and them use the clamping tool to clamp down your lashes.

Love this starter set as it has everything you need. I bought another set of Russian lashes to go with it. Its quite fiddly to use initially but I got the hang of it eventually. I have quite greasy skin so they only lasted 3 days before clumps started falling off but it's a matter of moments to reapply. Love the look when they're on.
I can't believe how beautiful these are on. I must admit I struggled to get them on...I have stupidly long nails and it was fiddly. Took me about half an hour the first time but I've gotten quicker since! They lasted only 3 days which I was disappointed about but I think it's because I have very greasy skin. It was a matter of moments to reapply the ones that fell off. In summation I'm really quite pleased.
