Our Pre-Glued Lashes are designed for effortless, salon-quality results that last 5 to 10 days with no messy glue or appointments needed. Simply start with clean, oil-free lashes and ensure your eye area is completely dry before application.
Using your lash applicator, gently lift a cluster from the tray (avoiding the pre-glued base) and place it just beneath your natural lashes, about 1mm from the waterline. Slightly overlap each cluster for a seamless finish, then use your applicator or clamp tool to gently press the clusters and your natural lashes together. This step locks everything in place for a secure, long-lasting hold. For best results, look down into a mirror while applying and re-clamp once or twice a day to keep your lashes looking fresh and flawless.
When you’re ready to remove your lashes, it’s quick and gentle with no tugging or damage to your natural lashes. Simply soak a cotton pad with an oil-based makeup remover, hold it over your lash line for 30-40 seconds to dissolve the bond, then softly wipe away. Your lashes will slide off with ease, leaving your natural ones clean and healthy.

Tips to get more wear time out of your lashes:
- Whilst our lashes are waterproof, try to avoid getting them wet for long periods of time, especially in the first 24-48 hours after application
- Try to avoid sleeping on your face
- Avoid over-lapping cluster lashes when applying the lashes
- Ensure that you apply 1mm away from the waterline
- Clamp your pre-glued lashes and your natural lashes together after application using our clamp tool, or a lash applicator
- Avoid rubbing your eyes, or tugging at your lashes
The glue is formulated in a way that adheres to your skin, but doesn’t harden around natural lashes. This ensures that when you remove them, you don’t rip your natural lashes out.
We recommend using an oil-based makeup remover and a cotton pad, just hold it over the lashes for a few seconds, then wipe softly. It’ll break down the bond and they’ll slide off easily without any tugging.
The different lengths are provided to allow you to customise your lash look. When applying cluster lashes, you can pick and choose what lengths you want to arrange on your eye, creating different effects. For example, if you're looking for a cat-eye, we'd typically recommend a map of (inner corner 10mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 14mm outer corner).
While wearing press-on lashes, you can certainly keep your face/eye area clean and shower with them on. When cleansing around the eyes, gently navigate with a cotton swab to reach any tricky spots. If there's makeup on the lashes, carefully dab it off with a water-dampened cotton swab. It's important to steer clear of oil-based products near the eyes, as oils can weaken the adhesive.
Absolutely not. If you find that you're aware of the Cluster Lashes while wearing them, it's a sign that they haven't been placed accurately. In such instances, it's best to take them off and reapply for a more comfortable, seamless fit.
Whilst you can get 5-10 days wear out of our pre-glued lashes with correct aftercare, we do not recommend reusing them.
Applying pre-glued lashes is surprisingly straightforward. While first-time users might need a little practice, it's generally a simple process. These pre-glued lash clusters are designed to be placed underneath your natural lashes, not over them. This ensures the bands merge seamlessly with your lashes, creating a very natural appearance.
Here's how you do it:
- Gently remove a lash cluster from the tray, making sure not to touch the pre-bonded section near the band.
- Position the cluster just below your natural lashes, keeping clear of the waterline.
- Use the applicator to press the clusters and your natural lashes together, securing the false lashes in place.
Pro tip: For precise placement, it's helpful to look downwards into a magnifying mirror. This approach makes it easier to avoid the waterline while applying the clusters.

I have used several other brands, using the original brush on glue method, then the pre glued and ones with the sticky tabs you add on. They were all a faff and messy, or the styles were too limited.
I'm not a fan of full heavy lashes or wispy/fluffy so when I came across Defined I was so happy for a spikier lash! Still hoping for some more wet look/manga styles in the future ladies 😉
They go on so quickly and although occasionally one pops off, it doesn't leave behind a load of mess to try and get off.
They don't feel heavy or irritate my eyes and even though I wear contact lenses, I can still get a week out of them!
They look natural but better and the curl is just right for my hooded eyes, especially as they're slightly different sizes and shapes.
I can easily wear make up and remove it, shower and bathe and as long as I'm careful, they can get wet and not budge, unlike the old glue ones which went gummy and gross. They even stood up to a football match in Storm Amy and didn't budge.
My mapping from outer is 12,12,14,14,12 and on my slightly bigger eye, I sometimes put a 10 on the inner, but my lashes here are super thin so sometimes pulls down.
The customer service is impeccable. I've been an awkward customer with exchanges and returns whilst trying to find my style, and Roisin has been patient, helpful and kind. I'm Autistic and have ADHD so dealing with customer service is always nerve-wracking for me, but she has been a star.
I can't imagine me going back to the other brands now, but please expand the spiky styles for us alt folks!
Love these! this is my second pack in the style defined which are sticking way better than the first pack…...don’t think it’s my application technique as Soft wisp and tapered are also a regular style choice for me and no problems with staying on for easily up to 6/7 days wear.

I had a bit of a doubt about them .. but I am happy to say that even I can get these lashes on. Even the first time I got i right without losing my temper. So next time I think they will look even better and more even on the eye. The next order I think will be a more subtle typ than this one

Great lashes and look like a very long dense natural lash. I found the 14mm were too long for my eyes so just use the 12 and 10mm and cut one segment in half wit the tip of sharp scissors for the inner corner of my eyes.

I have been really struggling with cluster lashes with glue. Kept getting in a mess or sticking my eye lashes together. Was about to give up and then found these pre glued lashes and they are a game changer. I only use them on the outer aspects to give a cats eye effect but it so effective
I can't live without these lashes! I've been using them consistently for about 3 weeks now and I just love them! They're kind to your lashes, and the lash remover helps them to come off so easily. I have been wanting to start practice wear lashes as I am older I have struggles with strip lashes and the ones you glue above your lashes, so thought I would try the underlash ones. I love love love them they are so easy to apply. My only issue I do have is using the clamp as when clamp them it can pull them off when release but other than that. I love them and cannot wait for a russian lash pre bonded.. definately recommend and I am getting so much better with applying lashes also.
First time I've tried the pre-glued, didn't take long to get the hang of applying them.
They only stayed on for a night. No idea how some people have kept them on for days and some saying they have swam and showered in them. Really disappointed.
Easy to apply, looked good when on. Despite cleaning lashes prior, only lasted 1-2days maximum. Will keep trying though as so easy to put on.
Normally love lolas lashes but the defined with the black glue are terrible for retention. They are not sticky enough and come off.
Contacted lolas and they sent out another set(free of charge) as thought they may be faulty.
Second box just as bad. Can't fault customer service and will continue to use my other lolas lashes with the clear glue as those are definitely more sticky and are fantastic
These didn't seem as sticky as the first set I brought, so I wasted a lot as they fell off. However, I'm still going to purchase another set as once on I can't fault them.
