Amethyst Strip Lashes

What I don’t understand is that I can buy Amethyst magnetic or Amethyst hybrid lashes…. But NOT Amethyst strip lashes, which is surely the same thing just without the magnets???
I absolutely detest the magnetic eyeliner…it’s awful on older eyes, impossible to get a straight line and goes absolutely everywhere apart from where you want it…and is a nightmare to get off! Bring back Amethyst strip lashes PLEASE!!!

Absolutely love the Amethyst lashes. Unfortunately I have been told they are discontinued which is so disappointing. Yet to find a lash that is as perfect as this.

I feel really let down by Lola’s…
I’ve been strung along for MONTHS and MONTHS on empty promises that Amethyst will be back in stock “mid June, mid July, mid August and my last response was that they’d definitely be back mid October!!
I’ve stayed with Lola’s and used other styles, waiting patiently for Amethyst stick and flick to return.

So to say I’m a little pee’d off to read the previous post saying “Amethyst Stick and Flick WONT be back in stock, and has been discontinued, is an understatement!

I’ve spent a fortune on Lola’s lashes, buying in bulk etc, loving the MUA discount, which has also changed dramatically!

Loyalty clearly means nothing…
If Lola’s had been up front and honest from the start, rather than lying, I would’ve excepted that.

Time to shop elsewhere

I’m Asian and have very little hair. Some might call me blessed as I’ve never had to spend money on waxing, IPL etc..

However, I have no eyelashes! 😭

Lash serums have made them grow longer but they are so fine, mascara needs lashings of coating and I end up look like I’m wearing spider legs 🕷️

I have tried hundreds and hundreds of different lash styles over the years to give me the impact I need - elevate my eyes but not look super fake.

I’ve tried loads of other brands but then I discovered Lola’s Lashes and that’s where I stopped to spend my money on as they’ve been a game changer.

I have since spent hundreds of pounds with Lola’s Lashes to experiment with different styles and systems - from their magnetic liner, to their hybrid liner and then back to normal strip lashes.

The Flick & Stick system was the game changer I needed for both daily wear and special occasions. I’ve experimented with both clear AND black liners. It has been the saviour I needed to do my make up, swipe with the liner, pop on the lash, and go!

As for lash styles, I really have been a committed Lola’s Lashes customer. I’ve spend hundreds and hundreds of pounds and tried pretty much ALL the styles which aren’t super fake (they look too much on me). The styles I’ve spent money on include:

Aesthetic, Glow, Jewel, Au Natural bundles, Jewel bundles, Tabby, Pixie, Kitty, Kiss & Tell, Mimosa, Liberty VIP, Diamond, Manifesting, Moonstone, First Date, Amber, Love Letter, Low Key.

Then I discovered Daisy Chain and they were really perfect for daily wear. I stocked up and bought a load of them. But then they went out of stock and were not due to return. So I had to find a new alternative.

That was when I discovered Amethyst. I echo what the last reviewer said - after years of experimenting, Amethyst has been the absolute perfect lash that can be worn day and night. They somehow have the perfect look for both day to day wear AND for turning up for special occasions and nights out. I found I got more compliments after wearing Amethyst too. So I stocked up on them and have been wearing them ever since.

I started running out of my stockpile of Amethyst lashes a few months ago and came to replenish but they were out of stock. I added my email to be alerted when they come back into stock but no email. I’ve since been coming back to check and no joy. I’ve had to start looking for lashes elsewhere again.

I emailed customer service recently to ask them and they said -

“ Unfortunately, our Amethyst and single Daisy strips will not be back in stock.
I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.”

I pressed (begged) further and they said -

“ This is due to lack of sales, unfortunately we are unable to create small quantities of lashes and if these styles are not purchased we cannot create more. I have passed this feedback onto our product development team. These styles may return in the future.”

The reason I’m leaving this mammoth, long review is because I came to check on Amethyst again, just to be sure - sadly not. But I saw the last reviewer echo the same feelings as me (perfect lash for day/night wear and wanting these to be back in stock).

It made me wonder how many more people feel the same…

So I’m leaving this giant review, in the hope that other people who feel the same will come forward too, so we can collectively campaign for the return of Amethyst (and possibly Daisy Chain?)

Lolas Lashes, I know you’re focussed on your new pre glued system (which ive not yet tried), but please don’t forget your dedicated old customers that have been loyal to you for a long time x

Absolutely LOVE these lashes….
Sadly they are now NEVER in stock 👎🏽 and all the other styles are either far to dull, or far to over the top! Amethyst you can wear day and night!
